You finish the course by doing the work: weekly coursework with written feedback, and a plan scored with a person's review.

Each week of the full program brings one 60-minute live session, recorded and posted within 24 hours, and one piece of coursework that becomes a section of your capstone. Eight accepted submissions and a capstone plan scored 70 or more out of 100 complete the program, and leave you with a plan your CFO can act on.

The weekly rhythm

The session sets up the week, and the coursework is where the learning happens.

Feedback
TimeBefore the next session
What happensEach submission is marked complete or returned with notes to revise, against that week's description of what strong work looks like. An AI grading assistant drafts the feedback and a person reviews it: every return for revision, a sample of completes and every capstone score.

Every weekly submission

Each submission has the same four parts, so the feedback is about the work and the format stays out of the way.

1

Experiments log

What you ran, which tool and model you used, and what came back.

2

Project deliverable

The week's piece of your plan, as set out in that week's student guide.

3

Discussion post

Your answer to the week's question, and one reply to a colleague in your group of about eight.

4

Reflection

In 150 words, one thing the AI got wrong that week and how you caught it.

The capstone

The capstone is the plan you would take to your CFO, managing partner or audit committee.

The standard is the one a reviewer would hold you to: approved data in approved tools, a person behind every final conclusion, and savings measured against a baseline.

Six to ten pages plus appendices, assembled from your eight weekly pieces, with one workflow redesigned and run as evidence. It is scored out of 100, and 70 completes the program.

The heaviest weight sits on the evidence and on governance: a real run whose outputs tie to source, and controls and KPIs with baselines, targets and owners. A person reviews every capstone score, and in a cohort you also present it for eight minutes.

The shared case

Everyone works on the Northwind books, so no company or client data needs to leave anyone's firm.

Northwind Supply Co. is the shared case for the coursework: a full set of invented books that is safe to use in any AI tool. You run your evidence on it and explain how each result carries over to your own function.

The coursework works with whichever AI tool your organization has approved. The recorded demonstrations use Claude.

Eight pieces of coursework become one plan you can put in front of your CFO.
