A decision from a recorded run · who approves

The accruals agent balanced its draft entries at 169,373.31, wrote workings only, and held the final journal-entry file for the controller. When another agent relayed an approval, it declined, because that approval could not stand in for the controller's own.

Recorded on Claude against the fictional Northwind books; all five accrual amounts matched the answer key. In the program this becomes your decision: which steps an agent may take alone, which need a named person, and how you would show an auditor that the rule held.

The decisions you make

Each week ends with a decision you write down and defend to your peers.

Cost, shortlist and operating model

Which one to three team workflows go first at what cost per transaction, whether each is an assistant, a workflow or an agent, and who approves each step.

Baselines and the pilot case

The baseline you measure against, the pilot scenarios, the criteria that stop a pilot, and the measures that warn you when results drift.

Controls and audit

Who owns each control, what the auditor will ask, and the evidence file you keep so the answer is ready.

Security, data, vendors and people

Which tools and data you approve, what no agent may change, how juniors keep learning the job, and your first 90 days.

A decision from a recorded re-test · after a model change

After a change of model, a close assistant was re-tested before anyone relied on it again, and it passed 5 of 5 checks. The program has you set the trigger, the checks and the owner for that re-test in your own team.

Recorded on Claude against the fictional Northwind books.

What you finish with

A team adoption dossier you can put in front of your CFO, built a section at a time.

It proposes one to three workflows, with the cost case, the operating model, the pilot case with its baselines, the control plan and auditor evidence, the tool and vendor decision, and a people plan with a 90-day roadmap. Each section is built as the program goes, and each comes back with written feedback.

The evidence in it comes from runs you can inspect: recorded demonstrations on the Northwind books, checked against answer keys, and your own work against the same books. A person approves the dossier score after reading it, and the same rule holds for every return for revision and a sample of completes.

How it is taught

You work on a full set of company books, with a practitioner and a peer group of six to eight, and every piece of work comes back marked.

Live and led by a practitioner

One 60-minute session a week, with your questions answered live by the practitioner who leads the program. Recorded and posted within 24 hours.

A full set of company books

Northwind Supply Co. is a fictional distributor with about $45 million a year in sales. The data is invented, so it is safe to use in any AI tool.

Written feedback on every piece

An AI grading assistant drafts it against a published guide, and a person approves every return for revision, a sample of completes, and every final-deliverable score.

Recorded runs checked against answer keys

Where the AI went wrong, the program shows it and teaches from it.
